It was worth its 3 stars. Comfortable bed, helpful staff and GREAT location. Loved that this hotel was easy walk to Rathaus metro station.

Cafe Central, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. I enjoyed the view from the room. Excellent home base for discovering Vienna.
